are you a licensed contractor?

Yes, our license number is 1128562. You can check our license and insurance status at cslb.ca.gov. Please note that you can validate any contractors license this way.

are you insured and bonded?

Yes, we cary General Liability,Bond and workers compensation for our employees.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance “coi”?

Yes, in some cases HOA’s require contractors to have a certificate of insurance for their specific HOA and we can provide that in order to have your project approved.

how much do you charge per sqft.?

Typically we do not price out projects “per sqft.” we base projects on materials and labor involved but typically our jobs 500 sqft. and up average out to about $7-$9 a sqft. and 500 sqft. and under around $11-$13 for regular grey concrete with a broom finish. All decorative systems can run $14/sqft. due to the price of color concrete and extra labor required to stamp concrete or to wash off top cast finishes.

We service any city in Riverside County, Orange County, North San Diego County and some parts San Bernardino County Cities.

do you offer financing?

At the moment we do not offer any financing for out clients.

what type of license do you hold?

We currently hold a C8 license for concrete but we plan on expanding in the near future and adding a C27 (lanscaping) license and a D12 License for synthetic coating so that we can offer epoxy coatings from custom flake and metallic finishes.
